Combining strength and cardio to get the blood pumping, with a few laughs thrown, this hour long class is fun and invigorating, while building relationships and community.
Whether a beginner or an elite athlete, each class is tailored to fit each individual by an experienced coach who is with you each step of the way!

This class is dedicated specifically to teach the foundations of Olympic Lifting for all levels. It usually runs at least an hour long and consists of the two main Olympic lifts : Snatch and Clean & Jerk. While a great deal of time is focused on these two lifts, other strength and conditioning lifts are incorporated into the program. The class runs on a four week cycle that uses a percentage of weight based on your own maximums. Every eight weeks we retest a set of lifts showing your strength gains.
Funky Bear Athletic Performance

Funky Bear Athletic Performance is an hour long class for athletes ages 10 - 16 who are looking to improve their speed, strength, agility, mobility, coordination and conditioning.
The cost is $50 per month.
